MAURIKS has been passionate about music and art all his life. As a child, he spent around 10 years in Dancesport, where he developed a deep connection to rhythm and music. Later, he transitioned to the BMX lifestyle and eventually moved to the capital city, where he purchased his first MIDI controller, the Akai MPK 49. From creating hip-hop and boom-bap instrumentals to experimenting with various genres, MAURIKS has now been involved in music production for 11 years and his love for it continues to grow.
