I want to share something with the world. And I have much more to follow.
This is just a little something in the meantime from my archives. I suppose 
these would be the best of the best or maybe just my favourites from a large
selection of improvised instrumental and self expressive songs that i've 
created and recorded over the past half decade or so. The goals when recording
these songs were to improvise the highest quality, most expressive parts
in the least amount of takes and to capture the mood of whatever compelled me
to commit to recording the song in the first place. Yes there are mistakes, there
is too much reverb at times, it sounds phasey at times. But perfection was not
a main goal here and that is why it is free. 

You can actually sometimes hear my pain, heartbreak, loss and hardships
as you listen to the expression in these recordings. it was Therapeutic
for me to release my emotions through these improvisations from the heart 
and that is exactly what I hope it will do for you as you meditate, work out,
fall asleep or whatever use you may have for listening to these songs.

Music is therapy.
