Towards the end of the previous millennium, on the vast fertile lands of the Venetian region, music must have spread its seeds deeply as the local population has grown passionate about beats and melodies. So it did its trick with Mattia Barbon, in art Barbe , who approached the turntables in his High School years and has not stopped spinning since then.

In 2019, he joined the People crew and soon got the chance to express his potential in front of a crowd, often playing in local venues such as After Caposile and Black_sheep. Later, he obtained a regular slot on radio Ibiza Underground , delighting listeners with some notable records ranging from top-notch techno house to modern progressive. But that is only an approximative range that doesn’t account for his unpredictability.

Barbe reveals an emerging branch of his vinyl collection and a new surging wave in the Italian and international scene: a very catchy, sometimes dark, sometimes dreamy Electro with glorious basslines.

Together with his colleague Cliff Sequence, he founded Morsecode Records, a label dedicated to the art of creating maximum impact with minimal means. Their music stands for clarity, depth, and uncompromising quality.

For their latest release MRS003, the two visit our pressing plant at MATTER OF FACT and talk with Andre Kronert about the creative process and their passion for vinyl. At the same time, they are on their first European tour, building bridges between the Korean and European club scenes through their network, and experiencing exciting encounters and unexpected moments that continue to shape their musical vision.
With this journey, Slowmouth and Cliff Sequence invite us to explore new sonic spaces. Full of energy, curiosity, and a desire to connect people across the globe.

Marko Nastic, is globally recognised by many as one of the Top South Eastern Europe artist as producer & DJ performer. 
Marko and friends accomplished and built one of the most vibrant club scenes in Balkan, the one that inspired writers of Mixmag, The Face, DJ and NME to write about. 
In carrier long almost 20 years Marko has done more than 200 releases including rmx and co productions. He is most famous for his high end 3 decks sets which gave him opportunity to tour  globe many times and to be resident of Exit festival. Stands behind project Easy Tiger known as party series and recently as a record label.
