Blue and Green is the combined production efforts of Josh Thompson AKA Bareskin and J. Wiltshire.  The two young producers both have history with Hypercolour; Wiltshire having recently dropped his ‘False Awakening’ single on the label, and Bareskin having contributed to both Hypercolour and Losing Suki imprints in the past.

Emotive territory is plundered on ‘The Wait’, a breakbeat flecked and pacey production that blends introspective vocals, dark guitar melodies and distorted bottom end with refreshing results.

Alan Fitzpatrick, picks up the mantle on the first of two remixes on this
single.  The Drumcode regular has been firing on all cylinders these last 12 months, with class remixes for Trus’me and dubspeeka and releases for Hotflush, Figure, Cocoon and Adam Beyer’s aforementioned Drumcode label. Fitzpatrick strips back the vocal and creates a peak time rolling Dub Mix in his own solid and inimitable style.

A second remix comes courtesy of techno psychonaut, A Sagittariun.  The Elastic Dreams boss follows up singles on HypeLTD and Secretsundaze and remixes for Permanent Vacation and Futureboogie with a distinctively warm and telepathically charged “Re-Dream”.

Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave has been successfully growing at a steady rate since its inception in 2017. With twelve releases now under its belt, including some mega club bombs like ‘We Do What We Want’, ‘Just One More’ and the mega collab ‘El Jefe’ between Alan and Sascha, the collection of artists releasing on the label are truly diverse. We Are The Brave parties are taking over the UK, showing the foundations have been well and truly laid for another epic year ahead.

One to nurture new talent and put trust into his feelings, Alan brings us a brand new artist, with his very first release of his career, Leonardo. “I recognised something special in the music he played me." says Fitzpatrick

‘Lifting Spirits’ delivers 4 tantalizing tracks, each unique with a unifying energy at their core. ‘Queztal’ with two versions up for grabs, has been a tried and tested track for Alan for much of 2017, which oozes that blissed out end-of-night joy.

“We Are Unity” is maybe the punchiest track of the release. It has that infectious 90’s deep house groove with a truly energetic female vocal.

Moving to Germany from England 15 years ago in search of an inspirational scene that embraced his tough uncompromising sound. First discovered by Sven Väth Mark has since gone on to establish a reputation totally respected by his peers through groundbreaking productions on iconic labels such as Afterlife, Drumcode, Cocoon, Soma and many more. Fully established on the scene Mark has helped push electronic music forwards as a solo artist, while working with true heavyweights like Tale of Us, Adam Beyer and Pig&Dan 

Equally at home behind the decks and a mixer live as he is in the studio, Mark’s DJ sets have been been receiving fantastic feedback, with his talent and artistic vision taking listeners on a thrilling journey full of hard driving beats and intense melodies at dance floors around the globe such as Awakenings Gashouder, Space Ibiza, Fabrik Madrid or Rex Club. As an essential step in his evolution, Mark was to set up a record label in the form of the excellent SubVision. 

SubVision acts as a platform not only for Mark but for all kinds of true talent to keep pushing their underground sound onto dance floors worldwide. SubVision has been quietly growing and maturing in approach the encompasses Mark’s values as a DJ and Producer, offering a forward thinking selection of all new cutting edge music with a focus on breaking new artists alongside established names at the top of their game.
