It was such a beautiful experience to combine my passion for both music and energy work in this therapeutic ecstatic dance set. This set was inspired by the rebirth of Spring 🦋💐🪻and the element of water 💦. 

What came through was quite an emotional journey. Starting with shamanic beats and moving through to darker progressive house to summon energy that is ready to be released and transmuted (also representing the darkness of Winter). Then,  the song Georgia by LP Giobbi provides an emotional release and turning point as the set progresses into melodic and heart-filling house and finally restorative music to calm and nourish the soul. This emotional flow represents the transition into Spring.

Unision!! Woowwww what an absolute gift. I don't think I have happy-cried so much in one weekend. I felt like myself for the first time in 18 months. So much magic happened - including the birth of this beautiful collab with my friends Tanner Forest (Ximer) and Morgan Nilson (Mayvn).

This set reflects the journey of returning to self. Its a dynamic journey ranging from deep electrosoul and heavy bass to afrohouse and uplifting global beats.

There are times in life when the universe shakes the snow globe - and I had been deep in one of those times. All the sudden I lost my sense of self, my dignity, my self worth...I felt so distant from my friends...it was all very confusing. I was immersed in the void. Lost. 

So I decided to take a two-month pause from social media and DJing. I traveled to New York and Costa Rica to surround myself with my family and people who knew me on a very deep level. At Unison, I was reunited with my Moab family and my roommates whom I lived with. All of these beautiful souls recognized me on a deep level and reflected back who I was. They reflected back so much love and care and abundance that my little heart could no longer hold onto the stories I was telling myself. 

As I performed this set - I felt everything solidify. I was right where I needed to be. I was brought back to Unison.

I'll need more time but I fee like I've reached a turning point and received the clarity I needed to set the healing process in motion.
