A Christmas Thanks - 4 Hour Set for End of Year Countdown 2022

After his series of collector themed editions for the holidays, Markus Schulz checks in live from San Francisco for the first regular studio Global DJ Broadcast of the year. However, for 2023, he takes an adjusted approach to the format. 

For all regular studio editions, the first hour will be dedicated to the Essentials - the best in new releases across trance, progressive and techno, and highlighted by his various track features. The second hour will be devoted to either guestmixes, and / or Markus delving into a set based on a particular theme. And for today, that marks an hour-long Euphoric Techno Focus mix, with an In Bloom vocal trance focus to come next week.

Before setting sail on the annual Groove Cruise exploration from Miami, Markus Schulz checks in from the studio with another fresh Global DJ Broadcast offering.

Ahead of the first Down the Rabbit Hole outing for 2023 at Reelworks in Denver this Saturday, Markus Schulz checked in to the Coldharbour studio to weave another fresh edition of Global DJ Broadcast. On the show, he features new music from Kolonie, Dennis Sheperd, Kyau & Albert, Marsh, Veerus and more. In the second hour, he is joined by Miss Nien for the guestmix, as she makes her Coldharbour debut with the release of Supernova, alongside Ollie Read and Amanda Darling, released this Friday.

Next week will be the first World Tour edition of the year, with Markus presenting highlights of his open to close solo set live from Avalon in Los Angeles.

One of the most important chapters in Markus Schulz's career legacy has been the privilege of so many New Year's Eve open to close experience inside the cherished walls of Avalon in Los Angeles, which houses fans flying in from all over the world to be part of the occasion. It's only appropriate for the highlights of the night to mark the first Global DJ Broadcast World Tour outing of 2023.

Markus Schulz - Global DJ Broadcast World Tour: Los Angeles NYE 2023

Ahead of trips to London and Berlin, Markus SChulz checks in from Bucharest for another fresh Global DJ Broadcast studio session. On the show, he features three Coldharbour world premieres from Ronski Speed, Freak E Beatz and Joris Turenhout; as well as showcases from Marsh, Matt Fax, Ferry Corsten, BT and more. 

In the second hour, Markus is joined by fellow Follow Me collaborator KhoMha, ahead of both playing at Ministry of Sound in London this Friday, along with Daxson. Markus also takes his all night Down the Rabbit Hole experience to A7 in Berlin on Saturday, before heading back to the US for shows in Tempe, Montreal and Miami.

Markus Schulz - Global DJ Broadcast Feb 09 2023 (Essentials + KhoMha guestmix)

Markus Schulz had just about enough time to get home to Miami from Europe to celebrate Valentine's Day, before departing again for a President's Day tripleheader on the road. But while he was at home, he put together another studio edition of Global DJ Broadcast; containing a Coldharbour debut from Austin Pettit, along with new music from Tiesto, Luke Chable & Ivan Dough, Anyma & Chris Avantgarde, and the first track from Estiva's upcoming album. Markus is also joined by Ronski Speed for the guestmix, as his new single Pano receives a release on Coldharbour next week.

And speaking of next week, Markus will deliver the next instalment of his special collectors edition series - dedicated to the slower and pensive tones of progressive and organic house, through the 2023 edition of Deeper Shades.

This weekend, you can catch Markus performing a 3 hour Arizona homecoming set live at Sunbar in Tempe on Friday. He'll be joined by Emma Hewitt and Jerome Isma-Ae for a Coldharbour Night at New City Gas in Montreal on Saturday, before rounding off the weekend at E11even in Miami, where he'll be joined by HALIENE.
