Here's a cover and remix I've done of a song by a band I use to be in called Bronze Age Boats. This song is called 'See The Sea', the 2nd track off their EP 'Counting Tides'
I may have left the band and am no longer part of it but I still admire them and their music and had a lot of fun doing my version of this song.

Moc Isaac's Cover/Remix - Bronze Age Boats - See The Sea

THE PRESS were a 5-piece band from central Manchester in the late 1970s / early 1980s: I was sound-engineer for their gigs, and was later in a vocal trio with two of their members. In 1980/81 they recorded a dozen or so of their original tracks.. going through my stage mixer & cabling/patching and bouncing stereo performances on a Teac A-3340 4 track, with the final performance captured on a Revox B 77. 
I had a JVC cassette machine recording pretty-much all the time, to use for checking rough versions on various hi-fi's boom-boxes and car systems etc.
The 4-track tapes and the 1/4inch master tapes all went with the chap who was mentoring the band at the time, whom, 36 years latter, no one can now trace; 
However.. recently, I have come across a load of my old cassettes and Alf (from the old band) has asked me to post up whatever tunes I can find.
The bad news is, that the cassettes are over a 1/3 of a century old, so there are some "issues", but I've run a few quick-fix tools on this first track. RIDING ON A LOSER....
I am fairly certain that most of the tracks were written by Chris Shepherd, but as I remember, there was a lot of creative input from all the guys in the band.
So if anyone knows where Chris, Steve Allen, Aidy or Paul are, please let us know.
