Markx is a Spanish DJ born in Barcelona in 1987. From a very young age, he felt attracted to electronic music. He immersed himself in techno music, drawing inspiration from artists like Alexander Kowalski, Marko Nastic, Valentino Kanzyani, Carl Cox, Solomun and others. In a short period of time, he began to explore new sounds, influenced by DJs such as Felix Krocher, DJ Lukas, Sven Wittekind, Boris-S, or Arkus-P, and as a result, Markx aspired to become a DJ himself.

After years of practice, he began performing in various venues across his country, including FABRIK (Madrid), FLORIDA (Fraga), ELROW(Barcelona), CITY HALL (Barcelona) LACOVA (Corbera), VOGUE (Igualada), SALA PUZZLE (Sabadell), LITTLE JUNGLE (Mataró), SALA INSTINTO (Barcelona), and PLATINIUM (Barcelona), where he shared the stage with other renowned DJs like Pendulum, Dj lukas, Pepo, Bassmoy, Lexlay, Pet Duo, Obi, Spy, Buchecha, Alex TB, Marcel Cousteau, Nilux, Greg Notill, Mechanical Brothers, and others.

In 2009, he enrolled in an Audio Engineering Program at the SAE School in Barcelona, where he established himself in the world of music production.

Currently, he operates his own studio where he continuously refines his sound. Markx has released tracks on labels such as MB Productions, Digital Mayhem, Technopride, GNOT Recordings, and Sonotech Records.

In 2011, Markx founded Ykon Bookings, an ambitious project aimed at promoting Hardtechno throughout Spain, complemented by a venture called Ykon Records.
