My 5th DJ set, this one was a renegade sunrise set performed on the UF-Fro Art car on Sunday morning. It begins chill beats and then makes it's way through a few genres, ending in deep house. 

TedDrops aims to play beautiful music that uplifts and transforms. It was great to see the reaction from the inspired crowd and including one man who was kneeling by the speaker crying for a couple songs.

Liquid Bloom live band set recorded at the Lucent Temple stage at Lightening in a Bottle festival. This sound journey is a result of the artistic alchemy of Amani Friend (production), Ixchel Prisma (vocals), Jesse Hendricks (flute), HÄANA (violin), and Sahuna Love (percussion). we were joined on stage with performance from Jen Isabel Friend, Erina Love, and Anthony Flowers Ward.

The underlying tracks in this set are from the new Liquid Bloom "Re.Generations" album (April 22nd 2017)

After driving up with the other members of the Midnight Funk Association (Micah and Jerome) we finally arrived at Sanctuary 6 in the always wonderful town of Pulga,  CA. We checked in, drove down to the lot, parked and gave out a couple of hugs and I jumped on the decks.

I was kind of hoping to play drum and bass at some point this weekend and luckily the DJ before me was killing it with some really heavy and rad drum & bass.

Closing set at the Kazbah on Sunday afternoon till sunset.  Papa Lu softens up the vibes for the last still standing dedicated dancers on the playa.

This segment of Papa Lu's Sunday set was the last 3+ hours to a very long closing set at the Kazbah on Sunday morning into the evening. For the majority of his set, he tagged with WaFF and Lee Foss From 9am up until 3pm ish where this recording starts off and Papa Lu takes full range of the Kazbah for a solo set to finish it out around sunset.
