When Ghent-based producer Mirage and Antwerp’s BAVR crossed paths during a buzzing night at Ampere, creative sparks flew. What began as a shared passion for high-energy club music quickly evolved into a natural collaboration. The very next day, Mirage sent over a batch of demos—and one track immediately stood out. That track became the centerpiece and namesake of their first joint release: “Soul of the Dancefloor.”

Blending the raw energy of 90s piano house, UK garage, and speed garage, this four-track EP channels the euphoric spirit of underground dance culture while infusing it with a crisp, contemporary twist. Designed with open-air stages and strobe-lit festival nights in mind, each track radiates pure summer energy.

More than just a song, “Soul of the Dancefloor” is the pulse of a project built on mutual inspiration and a deep-rooted love for dance music. Together, Mirage and BAVR deliver a feel-good, dancefloor-ready soundtrack made for hands in the air and eyes closed at 3AM.
