The star Kepler 90, in the constellation Draco, has an exoplanetary system most similar to our own solar system. Its has six inner planets of type super-Earth or mini-Neptune, and two outer gas giants. All eight orbit close to their star, approximately within the radius of Earth's orbit, and their periods are locked into near-resonance with each other.

"They are spreading outwards, planet by planet, razing everything barren and bare. They're stopped by nothing. They feed off the harshest conditions in the system. Each planet they move on from is left destroyed. Dead." - "It's not clear exactly where they originated. They seem to have come from from within the sun."


From Within is made with Supercollider and field recordings. They Were Of The Sun is Supercollider. The movement of each planet is spatialised using fifth order ambisonics, rendered to binaural. Listen with headphones for the experience of being within the Kepler 90 system.

Recomposition is the estranged soundtrack for a horror film titled Decomposition. Shortly before the release date, the director made a series of hateful, xenophobic comments towards Turkish Muslim people, so I removed my music from the film and association with the creator - so it is now being released separately, with the aim of helping to raise awareness of racism, bigotry, and xenophobia. 100% of the proceeds for this album are being sent to MEND, a charity whose aim is to tackle Islamophobia in the UK by raising awareness and educating the public on the issue.
