Hi there! 
I only started writing and recording my own songs in 2011. I guess I've been making up my own songs for years -  but this usually just happened when I was alone in my car and I never bothered to write any of them down. I was a pretty shy person during my school years and it's only been in my twenties that I've thought "Who cares what people think!" and come out of my shell more. I write songs that are about my own experiences or about the people that are closest to me. I record my songs on Garage band and play most of the instruments myself (some better than others). I perform live a couple of times a month - but would love to do it more often. I'd also love to be better at percussion and would love to learn the piano. I'm a big believer in 'practice makes perfect' although I'm also a very impatient person and sometimes I may play or record tracks that just aren't ready yet. I'm not under any false illusions that I am ever going to make money out of my music so I might as well share it with those willing to have a listen. So...
