Manchester 5-piece Marouli release their 2nd album, Tall Tales from a Distant Uncle, Vol. 2, a poignant, imaginative nod to the great storytelling tradition of Billy Connolly with vivid, lyrical narratives weaving through expressive, genre-spanning arrangements. It marks a bold new creative chapter for vocalist & pianist Graham McCusker, who wrote much of the album after overcoming cancer for the second time.

To mark the release, Marouli shared  single ‘What Goes Up Must Come Down’, a vibrant album opener that perfectly captures their knack for pairing poetic, reflective lyricism with a powerful, genre-defying sound. "It does what it says on the tin. What goes up must come down. A great piece of wisdom that we should always remember".
