'Get It On' is the first official release from young, rising producer 19EIGHTY7.
The London beat mechanic has already been responsible for co-producing the latest Giorgio Moroder, Kylie Minogue and R. Kelly productions.
The music – well it’s a tough one to pigeonhole but then so is all the best music. A mixture of soul, house, funk and electronica probably comes closest to a description but really you need to listen to it yourself to decide.
19EIGHTY7 has been perfecting his sound since childhood – discovered at this year’s ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event), ‘Get It On’ went down a storm, attracting serious heat from major label reps and A&R vultures - he is still only 28 but with a sonic maturity beyond his years.
A music video will follow this release including a clutch of highly anticipated remixes to be announced shortly.

At beginning of 2015, while on vacation with my closest friends and family, I was introduced to a record by Julio Iglesias entitled "Pobre Diablo"; It was one of those tracks that I immediately fell in love with,  and at that moment I knew I wanted to make a rework of the record in a completely different way.

About 8 months later Sean sent me his own take on Jidenna's song "Classic Man", "Ganja Man". I played him Diablo and everything just clicked!

It is a very special record for me and this is the result, I hope you enjoy!
