Recording of Cobahn's set at les Chaos Ambiants 2024

Hailing from Seoul, the Korean DJ regularly played at the underground techno bunker vurt. before moving to Amsterdam and expanding her horizons in Europe. Influenced by Eastern philosophy and the nature, Cobahn meticulously interweaves sounds that guide dancers into a meditative and ritualistic state of mind.

[Les Chaos Ambiants]

The Pauza association presents Les Chaos Ambiants, a festival dedicated to the encounter between electronic music, the visual arts and the rich heritage of Burgundy-Franche-Comté.

This event is designed on a small scale to make it as comfortable as possible to listen, meet and move around, with a single stage to promote emerging and established artists, a natural setting conducive to the discovery of musical works and artistic installations, and an eco-responsible approach to limit its environmental impact.

The project has several objectives : to promote the European and international artistic scene, to stimulate and strengthen the cultural and creative network across the département and the region ; to help promote and showcase the natural and cultural heritage of Burgundy-Franche-Comté ; to support local produce and the local economy.

Her set was recorded at the "vurt.10years tour" event at Secret Venue in London on August 31st 2024.

SUNA's DJ set expresses a fear of unknown world through musical spatiality. She communicates with the audience conveying various human emotions as desire, anxiety, hope and suchlike. 

The deep, emotional yet simple sound she has been seeking for, mingles with the hypnotic atmosphere that techno's musical structure and pattern have to offer, leads us to the new dimension expanding the present to infinite universe.

Clarence Rise is a French deep techno producer and DJ, whose sometimes dark but always introspective music draws on his deep connection with nature and the twists and turns of the psyche. His compositions combine complex rhythmics with organic sound design, diving listeners in hypnotic, immersive soundscapes. He creates textured, crackling, sometimes syncopated techno, while also exploring the depths of Deep DnB and Tribal sounds. His work is a constant quest for raw emotion and subtle intensity, offering experiences both mysterious and captivating, shaped to resonate as much in clubs as in the intimacy of personal listening.
