For our 12th edition of our 'Under The Influence' guest mix series we welcome Netherlands based Live DJ & producer 'RAVERAIDERS'.

RaveRaiders is an Amsterdam-based passionate raver,  DJ/Live Performer and Techno Producer, who focuses on producing Industrial and Groovy Hard Techno that aims to blend old and new styles while infusing 90s influences. He strives to create a unique sound, vision, and expression as an artist.

While his DJing consists of executing peculiar seamless transitions and pumping industrial grooves, he creates his unique magic in his Live sets using his toys Octatrack and Digitakt.

In order to contribute more to the techno scene he fell in love with, RaveRaiders has founded a new, open-and-like-minded community called "Raiders of the Rave," which is dedicated to rave culture. Thanks to the events called “RAIDS” and a fresh label started under his collective, he created a rapidly growing community and platform where the culture and ravers are in front!

While gaining recognition from techno lovers, other DJs, and labels, in the Netherlands and internationally, he kept improving on his production and DJing skills, after finishing various courses and his study music production at the Pact+,  he recently also got admitted to the Conservatorium of Haarlem.

Join RaveRaiders on his journey to dive deep into world of the hard-pumping grooves and pulsating beats, and enjoy the taste of his electrifying, underground-based soundscapes! This is only the beginning!

Since I was 12 years old I have been interested in music. His favorite genres at the time were Drum&Bass, Jungle and Hip Hop; which influenced his style as a dj and led me to know the world of the underground rave in Duitama, Boyacá.
The rave brought him closer to play his first machines in 2011 and since then he explored different genres of electronic music as a dj (Hardcore, Hard Techno, Acid Techno, etc.).
Currently, the sounds that most influence him as an artist are Techno, Groove, Hard groove, Acid, Industrial, Electro and Psy; but he doesn't limit his style and explores different genres all the time, which allow him to tell the story he wants to convey with versatility.
He generates mental atmospheres that fill the space of the mix and linear rhythms wrapped in forceful environments, such as acid melodies and industrial basses.
Until today I have shared Booth with dj's like Sayith, MSNTRPH, Sónico, Magdalena, Destro.

We turn up the heat for this release as we welcome a name that has been resonating in hard techno circles for some time now. 'Syrus The Virus' has been stacking up releases on labels such as; Hydraulix, Dreizehn Schallplatten, Mechanikal, and many more. So with all that in mind, we knew it was about time that we had his sound on the label, and he's pulling out all the stops on these hard, roaring, tribal bangers. Yes, we have it all, pure dancefloor killers with some very nifty production skills.

The E.P. also comes with 3 remixes, and first up is dab hand and remix pro, Carl Shorts, as he gives us 2 versions of in-ya-face, noise-shattering, rumbling techno belters of 'Tribal Resonance'. The other remix on the release is from Irish whiz kids, Luke&Flex, as they go for a more stripped back version of 'Emergency System'. All-in-all, we have a heavy, menacing, impressively cracking, 5 track E.P. on our hands here, so take yer pick!... Infact, play them all!
