And what better way for us to celebrate this milestone than bringing back a classic hit from the early 2000's and dedicate it in loving memory of Nkemdi Amadume's heavenly voice that actually sung it in collaboration with the legendary NYC Duo John Creamer & Stephane K.

This release will be split into 2 packs with Vol.1 containing (The Club Remixes) with remixes by the world renowned NYC DJ/Producer who has paved the way for so many of us Mr Angel Moraes from (Hot & Spycy New York and of course Club Stereo in Montreal) along with the Londoner and owner of Alola & SexOnWax Recordings Mr Omid 16B, the Canadian-Hungarian connection Beat Factory, Lonya & Roi Okev from the Cat & Dog parties, and the new comer who has already made a huge impact with his previous releases with us Mika Olson.

On Vol.2 (The Deep Remixes), you will find remixes by label boss-man BiG AL who collaborates with Omid 16B to deliver a summer masterpiece, the pack also included remixes by Harlem Knights, Addex, Prosis, Seraphine's new moniker The Noisy One and last but now least, another Canadian-Hungarian connection powered by Big AL & Levente Szabo aka The Suppliers.

Somethings are timeless like the holiday season and beautiful moving deep house music. DWR009 is the perfect reflection of timeless music with its alluring melodies, smooth well-formed breaks and exquisitely executed compositions.
The Original Artist, Proj2kt Dharma, a mysterious Canadian producer brings us a track both deep and smooth. Forgotten By The Universe, with it’s organic mix of elements, from the trilling guitar to the sensual vocals, helps you to float off into another more peaceful and love filled universe while maintaining an empowering although more mellow groove to help you on your journey.
The second track on the release is “Forgotten By the Universe” (tONKPROJECT From Another Galaxy Remix). Between his label Behaviors and his unforgettable signat! ure sound and talent, tONKPROJECT frequently makes his way onto Beatport’s Deep House Top 100 and has released on labels such as Apollo, Etoka, I Records, Lost My Dog and of course Behaviors. With his remix he brings a lustrous track full of the smooth sensual feel of the original while bringing the power up with drivingly simple yet moving percussions and baselines.
Jeff Fontaine & Deep Spelle offer us their “Lost In Space Remix” as the third track. Both talented artists each in their own right as well as working together also as the duo HouseRiders, they have had several releases, including those on I Records that continuously make their way onto Traxsource Top 100 and are quickly gaining notoriety as some of the best upcoming Deep House Producers on the scene. This remix presents the quality production and crisp deep elements they are known for alongside a heavier although still smooth kick to bring this track to the dance floor. The sensual touches alongside the! bright shakers and feel of the gently driving baseline make t! his remi x almost impossible not to move to.
To round off the release, we bring Addex to the table with remix full of power and a completely different approach. Addex is another Artist very familiar with Beatports Top 100 with releases on labels such as Etoka, I Records, Apollo, Lovezone Records, and Soul Industries. With this simple yet very percussive and rhythmically organic remix, you can’t help but be forced onto the dance floor. Rounding out an otherwise more mellow release this track will for sure get the people on the floor moving.

Producing as Brabe, Dutch producer Bram Faber's 4 track 'Trajectories' EP saw a release on Apollo in April 2012. No stranger to the success this EP has brought him, his work has been signed to Urban Torque, and Savvy and supported by internationally renowned DJs including Crookers, Kissy Sellout and Bart B More. Not one for resting on his laurels, this classically trained musician also released a full-length album on Savvy entitled 'Brabecore' in March this year. Now 'Trajectories' receives another lease of life with a clutch of new remixes.

With some 300 productions to his name on a plethora of labels including Soul Industries and Etoka, it is little surprise that Romanian, Addex is the best-selling artist on the Apollo label. He also released his first solo album, 'Emblematic Soul' in Spring 2012. Continuing in his own self-confessed 'atmospheric deep house' vein, Addex's remix of 'Ain't Nobody' produces a deep house vibe with textures aplenty and full use of the cut up vocals from the original to provide a fine house groove.

The Disclosure Project comprises UK duo, Paul Jones and JP Phillippe, both with a wealth of experience, releases and the 'Fragment' show on Proton Radio, their ethos is 'good sounding music is better than fashionable music'. Following this maxim, they released their own 'Designer Ware' album in 2011 and their remix of 'Strangers Again' is unique, kaleidoscopic blend of organic, freeform melodies and a straight house beat which couple perfectly.

Stephane Klepper, producing under the Eskadet guise, produces a deep melodic gem on his remix of 'The Fifth Station' which makes sublime use of the remix components to produce a perfect melodic accompaniment to echo Brabe's original. With numerous track credits to his name and resident artist for the Lemongrassmusic imprint, Eskadet is a fine addition to the EP.

Working from his North of England home, Andy Dale's Soulmelt production alias has produced for a variety of labels including Celestial and Beatality. With imprints Soma and Warp influencing his listening and production tastes, the Soulmelt remix of 'Generating Sultan Back Replacement' has a warm appealing sound, awash with textures and delayed stabs to accompany a wonderful laid-back groove to create an ocean of sound in which to dive in and revel.

Colourblock have ridden a tidal wave of success since their first release on Proton in June 2012. The initial idea for such a collaborative project came from Peter Golyan who, under his Lank guise, has seen success and support for his music grow inexorably since 2005. With the added expertise of Forteba and DJ Stone, the three came together to form Colourblock in 2009. The trio's passions for, 'house, progressive house and deep house music' led them to set about work on a full album of material which saw its culmination in the epic 'Sky and Fiction' with tracks supported by Francisco Pico, Jacob Henry and a full-length mix of the album by James Warren for the Particles Radio show.

With the track 'Stardust' already remixed by Alexey Sonar and Ditto, Colourblock's 'Sky and Fiction' now returns with 14 brand new remixes by some of the hottest established and newly emerging producers on the Proton label. Taking the format and running order of the original album, each track has been meticulously reworked to provide a kaleidoscope of progressive styles and sounds creating a magical set of new sonic structures. While unfair to single out any one track in such rarified company, an honourable mention should be given to the top-heavy beats and rhythmic grooves of Proton luminaries Joel Armstrong, Derek Howell and Opencloud. These founding contributors to the Proton project coolly sit alongside mature, progressive offerings from the studios of artists such as Bastards of Funk and Sonic Union, Rich Curtis, David Granha and many other talented Proton artists.

Colourblock's 'Sky and Fiction' album has certainly been a highlight of summer 2012 but 'Sky and Fiction Remixed' has produced a stunning autumnal colour rush.
