I love this practice and felt that the effect could be improved using healing frequencies and brainwave-entrainment.

So here is my version with the focus on 639 Hz for the Heart Chakra.
In addition I also included the Root Chakra frequency of 396 Hz for the grounding and rooting of the affirmations and also to calm down the nervous system and get the body into a deep relaxed state.

I also included 528 Hz that resonates and activates our DNA and also is connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra our energetic centre that regulates our sense of self worth.

In addition to the Solfeggio Frequencies I added brain-wave entrainment binaural beats and isochronic tones (works also if you listen on speakers) synchronizing our brain wave pattern into the theta state, a state of deep relaxation that allows us access to our subconscious programming and patterning and we can therefore easier re-program and re-write negative patterns and beliefs.

I highly recommend you to do this practice daily first thing in the morning, it helps me a lot to align myself with a positive vibration that carries me through the day with more ease and grace.

Ecstatic Dance Byron Bay ✧ February 2023

Karma Carnival happened in 22nd of April & it was a magical evening. Here is my live recorded mixtape.

I set the vibe, intention and started this full on long night ride with this shamanic, organic house music. 

So the first track was from Yaima with 85bpm and I went all up to 120 bpm Afro house and did it all by passionately, slowly rising the speed, tempo & energy.

Lately i have been remembering my high school time (ESCU / EÕEL, Õpilasliit times) favourite music I used to dancee soo much  Fix - Tsirkus - that was the last track on the ride, so hold tight its a 1h44min journey. 

So inspired to follow this path with those amazing people on the dancefloor and listening for soothing in the night. 

Thank you for being part of my creation and supporting me, helping me grow to be more intimate with the music I am playing. I just realised again that when as DJ if I am enjoying the music I play sooo deeply (and much), then the mixing is coming sooo chilled out and aspiring too.

This is a live recording of my set at the Pure Abondance Festival in Quebec. I welcome you to embark on a musical journey that is designed to inspire movement, self-expression, and emotional connection. It was my first time performing live at a conscious festival, where I played my handpan and incorporated breathwork techniques. This experience was an opportunity for me to  step out of my comfort zone, challenge my limiting beliefs, and confront my fears by expressing who I truly am, what I want, and how I bring my medicine to the world. 

Take 90 minutes of your time, consciously prepare a cup of ceremonial cacao, and express yourself fully. Set a clear intention, breathe, and move your body without limitations. Allow the energy to flow and your higher self to guide you. Celebrate your existence through dance and exploration of your inner essence with this expressive act of presence.
