This song is for anybody that ever felt the pressure of just "being". Unemployed Faith was my blues, my heart ache, my story, we all got one. I wrote this song in 2014/2015. Truthfully this is the first song I recorded for my upcoming album, funny I didn’t put it on there, not on purpose, but in life things change consistently, I was in a dark place around this time, but my homie David Emmanuel sent this beat through and it was like god telling me to get it out the best way you can, just speak your truths. It felt good. This song was like a piece in a diary I never read out loud. Whatever you going through in life, work at your own pace to regain what you think your missing out on, promise it gets better, it won’t be easy, but keep your faith. Sometimes that’s all you got in this world.

Today is World Mental Health Day, which is very important to myself and others around the world for a lot of reasons. For so long I've tried to stay away from words like depression or anxiety because I thought like a lot of the world “being depressed or having anxiety was for those who were weak minded or wasn’t built for life”, and boy was I wrong. I educated myself but still felt embarrassed to talk to somebody about it. As much as we pray and go to god for clarity for answers, sometimes that isn’t enough and I’m being real. I'm not saying god isn't enough by a long shot because he obviously made man and woman and made doctors who specialize in these areas of mental health. Plus, after praying and asking for guidance, that one thing kept coming back to me, GO TALK TO SOMEBODY. I have secret, I've been feeling this way since 2012 that’s a long damn time. I never thought having School Debt would interfere with my mental health and I'm embarrassed to say it did. I mean I’ve been through the toughest of tough times but this was something that I couldn’t fight, this was something I had no control over, and it fucked with me in a way that I never thought it would.  After expressing myself to a doctor about this last year, it felt good, but it still messes with me from time to time but it’s not all bad there is a bright side. I won't go into detail about it, but one thing my doctor suggested that I do which was funny to me because I’m an artist and I should have done this before.  Write your feelings down, write them all down, and figure out where is this pain, this hurt, this feeling of being held back or overlooked stemming from. I did exactly that and more and wrote a song about it.  Its entitled “Sad” ft. Chalk Dinosaur produced by Chalk Dinosaur.  This is a song to say “Hey I know what it’s like to feel lower than the earth itself, when things are out of your control, you can’t sit in your head and think it will get better, you have to get better for self and work hard at it.  Having a strong support group/circle is the reason I smile even in my darkest hour. Don’t feel like an embarrassment, you’re a human being, you feel, you bleed, you cry, you love, you smile, you live life to the fullest.  In conclusion, I leave you all with this quote:
