Rafael and Mishell unite for the first time on Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations with ‘Naughty’—a three-track package dropping on 25th April, featuring collaborations with British-Persian DJ/producer Nariman and vocalist Eliza Legzdina. 

Hotly tipped DJ/producer Rafael has been making his mark on labels like DFTD, Realm, and Maccabi House, including his recent team-up with Sapian for his Collecting Dots debut, ‘What What’. Now, linking up with fellow countryman Mishell, fresh from ‘Cantina’ on Get Physical Music, and ‘Lightweight’ on Diynamic, whose psychedelic take on House and Indie Dance continues to fuel both his productions and his event brand, Mess. Together, they make their label debut on Jones’ Hot Creations with ‘Naughty’, bringing a fresh burst of House energy as they blend their distinctive styles. 

“We came into the studio with no plans, no references—just good energy and a jam session that turned into something we’re really proud of. The idea was to blend tech-house grooves with big room vibes and a subtle ravey touch, and somehow… it just clicked. This EP marks a meaningful moment for us, not only because it’s our first time producing together, but also because throughout this process, we became really close friends. Releasing it on a label we both love and respect makes it even more special.” - Rafael / Mishell 

Rafael and Mishell open ‘Naughty’ with ‘Naaa’, where a punchy kick drum leads the way, building the groove with sharp stabs and twisting percussion. The energy shifts as ‘Naughty’ takes over, blending a menacing edge with a dynamic flow, as techy elements cut through a gritty bassline and warped snippets take you on a trip. To close, Rafael calls up Nariman—who has graced iconic venues like London’s Fabric, Brooklyn Mirage, and Glastonbury Festival—for ‘Another Dimension’, where a fusion of attitude, rich sonics, and energy meet, while Eliza Legzdina’s smooth vocals flow seamlessly throughout.

An exciting prospect from Utrecht, The Netherlands, Marsolo has recently been making some serious noise on the circuit. With a love for house music born at the iconic Thuishaven in Amsterdam, but his production journey starting much earlier in 2013, Marsolo has now spent over a decade creating music like no other. 

With influences outside of electronic music, Marsolo pulls on his love for many different genres when sitting down in his bedroom studio. His rapid rise to success is virtue to the fact that Marsolo is creating something unique in his productions. His own interpretation of house music has now landed him on lineups all around Europe… and beyond. 

Over the years, Marsolo achieved early success with releases like Eye of the Beholder (2023) and Synthesis (2024). However, in 2025, he reached new heights with his most anticipated track yet: Step By Step. The track soared to number one on Beatport’s all-genres chart, propelling Marsolo into the spotlight, with many calling for this to be named the track of the year.

Not only a gifted producer, Marsolo takes extreme care when digging for music. In addition to his vast collection of unreleased tracks, Marsolo seamlessly blends hidden gems—both new and old—into every set. His ability to unearth the next big track has landed him slots at Fabric in London, Paradiso in Amsterdam, Cova Santa on Ibiza, After Caposile near Venice, and has even taken him back to where his passion for house music started: Thuishaven.
