BLEU/wake up high. feel alright, free fall into my car cuz it’s all that I’ve got. slept all night, held me tighter. this is the last time I wake up. so what, this place sux, I give up.

SAUDADE/I dug up your tapes in the dresser. I’m going back in time. rewind. so you just had to go. time. saudade. erase;rewind. saudade.

VIDA MORRINA/I think I lost my touch. I think I think about these things too much. It doesn’t help that I don’t talk half as loud as I used to. brush my curls out tonight. I fall asleep in the bathtub. drown myself in my grandpa’s cologne. brush my hair to the side tonight. call my whole family, spike my water with blood. bury myself in old t-shirts he left behind, perfectly folded. I’m crawling my way back to 1999. I’m taking bad pictures to slow down the night. I’m dying off slowly to come back another time. I won’t get used to waking up this way, I swear I won’t. I promise the last time I tried to leave the house it lasted this long, I’ll always call you on the last half of my smoke break but not when I’m at home & I’m all alone I miss it all I swear, I promise. brush my hair to the side. take back my body & drawings from my youth. becoming socially inept. I cut all my hair off tonight. turned 21 & I just felt too shy. you never looked at me right in the eye. if this is what it’s like I just wanna fall down.
