@Chekma is a DJ from Perm, raised on the city’s iconic bass parties M.O.W.A. (now known as Sight by Sight). Over the past four years, she has earned recognition in the Russian-speaking dubstep (and beyond) scene as a sharp selector with a steady hand, deep genre knowledge, and a well-structured, thoughtful approach to sets.


Chekma’s selections offer a balanced blend of dubstep from different eras—from classic staples to fresh bangers—always spiced up with dubplates from producer friends, broken rhythms, and occasional 160 BPM material. You can catch her sets on dub.raw and at parties in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Vladimir.
