Worthy is the Lamb is the chorus from Messiah, an English-language oratorio composed in 1741 by George Frideric Handel. 
The chorus is taken from Revelation 5. The language is symbolic, depicting the Lord Jesus in the fullness of His glory, when He reigns as King. The Chorus ends with an Amen intricately woven with a melody set in a four part harmony. This is the song of the redeemed. We are exhorted not to merely listen to the glorious music, but heed the message. We are inspired to join all creation in singing praises to the Child.
