Say hello to the 80s, the LinnDrum, Prophet 5, CP70B, spring reverb and plenty of tape hiss and goodbye to the grid and autotune. All of these tracks were created between 1980-1989. Many are unfinished demos from cassette in a germination stage and some are finished. Recorded to analog tape mostly on a Tascam 38 1/2" 8 track and later on an Akai 12 track deck.

Martin Human's debut 7" vinyl single "Upside Down and Backwards" released in 1984 received extensive national airplay in the U.S. on both college and commercial radio including KROQ and KQAK. Later it was included on a promotional compilation album entitled "Scream" released by Thirsty Ear Communications". While Martin never played his own songs out live, he collaborated with a diverse group of bay area musicians playing many different styles in many different bands over a 15 year period.
