Syrran snortar koks och tror att hon har stil
Brorsan går på metadon, ja livet är en kamp
Syrran bjuds på drinkar, ja hon dricker som en svamp
Min fasta punkt i tillvaron är hunden jag har kär
Men Lennart han är trebent, sprang lös på gatan här
En buss tog Lennarts ben men kärleken finns kvar
När det lackar emot Jul är han den enda som jag har

1. Håll förväntningarna låga, räkna med en plåga.
Dagen kommer inte bli, helt smärtfri.
När man hissat sin förhoppning är risken stor,
att allt faller platt och slutar med sorgflor.
Bättre att som jag, räkna med ett bakslag.
Tro det värsta, men hoppas på det bästa.
Starta lågt från botten, ifrån askkoppen,
stå emot påhoppen för att nå toppen.

3. Väggarna omkring mig, de sluter så tätt.
Taket trycker ned mig emot rummets parkett.
Men plötsligt ett ljussken som inger hopp.
Rummet blir större, taket högt som en bergstopp.
Glädje inom mig, det rusar genom kroppen.
Kan det kännas så här? Värsta formtoppen.
Storsint, prestigelöst, tolerant, generöst.
Här skall njutas av stunden helt hämningslöst.

Vi skall njuta livet så länge än.
Tillåt ingen bli besviken igen.
Städa bort allt stök och städa bort allt strul
och önska varandra en riktigt Jävla God Jul.
