Martin Noise Live For SOTA X ANTENNA RADIO

Scotland has long been a hot bed for underground electronic music; they really know their stuff up there and plying their trade longer than most are respected DJs and promoters Steve Cass & Justin Wilson with their No Strings Attached parties. Now in their 20th year the list of guests appearing alongside them is endless and the longevity of NSA is down to them constantly pushing their sound and bringing back the artists they personally like to hear. Based in Galashiels, south of Edinburgh the duo use a small basement in their local football club with a capacity of only 120. Guests have included Andrew Weatherall, Slam, Ivan Smagghe and Justin Robertson and they have also hosted numerous parties in the Scottish capital including A Love From Outer Space.  NSA never stick to one genre expect; anything from weird disco to techno and the odd classic thrown in with this fine mix for us.

A key figure in the German electronic scene, Philipp Lauer has been forging his own path since the release of his first EP in 2000. Head of the Pyramide II studio, he has delivered over 200 remixes for a wide range of artists including Pet Shop Boys, M83, Falco, and Sven Väth. As a solo artist, his productions under the name Lauer have been released on renowned labels such as Running Back, Permanent Vacation, and Beats In Space. He also multiplies successful collaborations with projects like Tuff City Kids (with Gerd Janson), Black Spuma (with Fabrizio Mammarella), and TNP (with Tim Sweeney). His style moves between melodic house, retro synth-pop, and cosmic dance music. With a catalogue as vast as a phonebook and tours across the globe, he still never stops reinventing himself. He signs our 269th mix.

Martin Noise is a DJ / Producer from Buenos Aires, based in Barcelona. He studied music production at Music School of Buenos Aires (EMBA) and he is owner of Playground Records with Kunde and Moses
Since he was a child his passion for music was evident, that's why when he became a teenager he started playing and producing different bands of rock, punk and post punk to decant in what would be his last project before focusing purely on electronic music, Blackinside which he record the Ep called "The Real". After the Blackinside separation he launches his career as a DJ and after some years playing he moves to Barcelona where he actually lives.

Kuunde is an invitation to the energetic dance that don't leave you unnoticed, his wide batea and musical versatility allows him to make a mixture of styles that never loses the story or a conductive thread with marked traits. After many years playing in bands and djing differents styles since the 90’s in 2012 creates his own party Playground and currently directs the label Playground Records based in Barcelona with Martin Noise and Moses.
