Rumour has it, that on his way down from the highlands of bonny Scotland, Martin Plock wrestled a Lynx.  This he did before he swam the river Tay, which was in full flood and in full flow, Jordan like. 

See men like Martin Plock have little time for the social meet and greets, for the soulless pleasantries of the every day, Martin wants to go deeper, and his music tells us so.  Men like this take the years of frustration, generated within them by the shallowness of the world and plough it into songs, or else they become revolutionaries or vigilantes.  His songs could have been written by Fidel Castro or The Krays, desperate times, desperate measures. 

Yes, songs like the songs contained within this album are dredged from the lowest regions of the soul, grown on the under belly of the most perplexing thought, under harbored ships, rusting and raging at the iron. These songs disturb molecular structures, rearrange metals, and get between the bone and the marrow. These are songs that bridge the distance between souls. 

Listen and they will tell you what others are failing to explain to you, breaking bad news into good ears and calling us to arms.  After you have heard them, don’t you dare hold back, no, stand up and fight for what is right, before it is too late.
