Demuir and Junior Sanchez are two figures, rooted deep within the core sentiments of house music culture, that instigated the unifying of societal outsiders and the sub-cultures who sought to seek out their own grooves. Recognising a renewed need for unity and soul within the present cultural landscape and embodying their roots, Demuir and Junior have recently announced their new project and brand, KULTUR, that seeks to unify and educate, creating a new-age rebellion and movement for today, breaking down cliquey barriers. Taking shape across various components inclusive of label releases, club events, educational talks, panels and workshops, they announce today their inaugural label release, 'Da Kultur' EP, featuring tracks from both Demuir and Junior Sanchez. 

Both steeped in the true essence of house and driven by their own beats, Demuir and Junior have both found unique paths through the underground, each punctuated by rebellious acts. Not permitted to go out to raves by his parents, Demuir pursued his innate passion for house music producing music from his bedroom throughout his youthful high school years, eventually distributing his own records. Equally as underage, with a residency at New York's Club USA and his first record release doing the rounds, a young Junior Sanchez regularly found himself in a club environment both in the booth and on the floor.

On 'Da Kultur' EP, the perspectives and experiences of Junior Sanchez and Demuir come together, setting out their individual takes on house music. Piloted by Junior, opening track '4 Da Kultur' brings a deep and cinematic vibe, setting out the sentiments of the Kultur project, pieced together in vocal samples, whilst his later appearance 'Way Down' unleashes a dizzying dancefloor cut with a distinct techno feel. Demuir's signature grooves and sample wizardry land in the form of 'Bitch, U Gotta Work' and 'The Soul That Is Techno'. The former, enveloping bumpin' house touched with cosmic disco infusion and the latter taking a diversion into the hypnotic mode of the main room.

Kicking starting the unfolding journey of their KULTUR project, Demuir and Junior Sanchez's 'Da Kultur' EP acts as a marker of their vision. Further, laying the foundations for a future brand formed under the context of rebellion and for the prosperity of unity
