Kicking off the song is UK electro-soul and hip-hop artist Knytro who guides listeners forward by saying “No matter what you’re ever going through, don’t let your desires or passions control you. You can never quench the thirst of your passion or your desires.” The sound of waves crash over your eardrums to give a moment of peace before Badder takes the track to the next level and interlaces a beat that immediately consumes your soul.

More specifically, dance weapon ‘Lights Off’ via DJ SKT’s Stashed racked up radio appeal. It had BBC Radio 1 support from MistaJam’s Dance Anthems as a Today’s Dance Anthem. Elsewhere, Danny Howard aired his DFTD release ‘See It Through My Eyes’, marking huge recognition for the up and coming talent.

Featuring glistening vocals that soar over warping synth patterns, ‘Heartbroken’ is the ideal crossover house anthem.
