Radio Cuartel Tv nace desde la época de El Cuartel, espacio alternativo e intercultural en la calle gozzoli en san borja. Un lugar donde se convivió con muchas disciplinas artísticas, época adolescente de los primeros años 2000, en donde la energía creativa era como si estuviésemos en Berlín. Una casa en plena esquina antes de ser demolida, fue tomada para compartir cultura contemporánea. Hoy en día con Radio Cuartel Tv estamos haciendo lo mismo pero de manera digital, empezamos transmitiendo conciertos por Instagram, logramos duplicar la cuenta, ahora transmitimos por Facebook live, Youtube, Twitch. Empezamos con una cámara de celular entrevistando, ahora hemos logrado hackear un sistema para poder hacer un streamin multi-cámaras y eso es lo nuevo que se viene post carnaval digital.
