I began this week by exploring how audio can convey a message and an emotion just as powerfully as a visual. In this activity, I demonstrate the difference between how a voice over sounds when it’s read cold, versus one that's well rehearsed with emotion behind it.
This is my first take and I decided to stick with it. 

I used GarageBand as my tool of choice to record my voice. I had to record myself reading a paragraph from Charles Dickens' A Tale Of Two Cities. In the same recording, I recite the alphabet 3 times using only variations in my voice, intonation, and natural pausing to convey the following emotions: Fear, Boredom, Excitement.

Please note, I did not practice beforehand.
