cloud nine is a melancholic yet hopeful composition that celebrates the feeling of grief and therefore the process of losing someone within your circle. The instrumentation reflects the intimacy of the song, as it’s quite minimal in the production being the lyrics and the emotion the main focus. The tune is a contemporary fusion of my diverse music influences and resonances as she is a big fan of cross-pollination between different genres.

melting literally means becoming liquefied by heat or the arousing of strong and tender emotions. 
This soundscape instrumental is definitely a celebration of a moment in time and I tried my best to portray the quality chemistry found in a new relationship by choosing sounds and words associated with the feeling of 'melting', which in my opinion means being relaxed and feeling at ease, living the moment even when your insecurities get exposed.
