FLOWFAT is a new name coming out of Brazil’s underground, turning heads with a sharp ear for rhythm and groove. His sound—somewhere between deep tech and raw-edged house—has already found homes on imprints like Mood Child, Libero, CUFF, and Nervous, earning support from heavy hitters such as Joseph Capriati, wAFF and Jamie Jones along the way. Now entering a new chapter, the Brazilian talent steps onto Jones’ Hottrax for the first time with ‘Percy’, a three-track EP that dials into a space-minded aesthetic while keeping the sharp groove intact.

With rotating rhythms and distant echoes, ‘Percy’ drifts in like a transmission from deep space—eerie, hypnotic, and endlessly looping. ‘Memorian’ follows with a livelier tone, pairing vibrant rhythms with playful breakdowns for a colourful House jam packed with movement. Closing things out, ‘For You Love’ floats on breezy vocal cuts and funk-infused grooves, delivering a warm, sun-kissed closer with a glowing, feel-good energy.

UK newcomer FIFI FORTE has been steadily building buzz with her bass-heavy, percussion-led sound, bridging classic house influences with forward-facing club energy. Raised on Chicago and Funky House, she was introduced early on to icons like Kerri Chandler and Frankie Knuckles—a formative influence that sparked her deep-rooted love for the genre. Announced for Jamie Jones’ Paradise In The City this summer, FIFI now makes her label debut on Hottrax with ‘Carnelian EP’, landing 4th July and delivering three tightly crafted, funk-fueled cuts that signal a bold new chapter for the rising talent.

‘Carnelian’ opens the EP with simmering drums and minimalist funk textures, as a bubbling bassline flows beneath quick, rhythmic beats and grooves made for the club. Next, ‘Inner Funk’ oozes attitude, blending glitch-laced rhythms and staggered bleeps that amp up the energy through precise, cutting-edge sound design. Closing the package is ‘Fly Away’, where hefty snare hits, deep low-end movement, and finely sculpted percussion elements propel the track forward.

A familiar face across both Hottrax and Hot Creations, Italian DJ/producer Paul C steps back into the fold this summer with a sharp two-track release that taps into his roots while staying focused on the energy of modern dancefloors. Marking his third appearance on Hottrax and second solo EP for the label, ‘I’m Ready You Ready’ brings together rolling rhythms and classic influences with a modern, high-impact edge.

“I’m proud to return with a new release on Hottrax, part of the Jamie Jones universe I've had the pleasure of being involved with over the years. This EP features two tracks with a similar style but different vibes. The first track, ‘I’m Ready You Ready’, is a tribute to the '90s house sound that made me fall in love with clubbing, but with a more energetic and modern groove. The second, ‘In The Back’, also draws from that old school vibe, but explores a more club-oriented side of it. I'm really happy with the energy these two tracks carry, and I hope they’ll transmit the same feeling to you as they did to me in the studio.” - Paul C.

Known for his groove-heavy sound, Paul C’s studio work has appeared on a host of influential imprints, extending beyond his releases via Jones’ labels to imprints such as Elrow, Moon Harbour, and Knee Deep In Sound. With his tracks regularly in rotation for names like Marco Carola, Carl Cox, and Luciano, this latest EP sees him keep things moving in style as he delivers two distinct takes on the sounds that shaped his early journey, now reimagined for today’s clubs.
