Zentralwäscherei is a cultural association, inhabiting the building of a former laundry factory in the center of Zurich. It is a space for culture, arts and politics, continuously organizing and hosting performances, club nights, political events, readings, workshops and concerts; creating a space for a broad variety of strong, local artists from Switzerland and like-minded internationals. Zentralwäscherei approaches concerts and club nights from an activist and non-profit perspective. Operating in a grassroot-basis democracy and non-commercially, with eventual surplus running back into the cultural program and the community.

Hej! and welcome!

Here you can find a mix of officially released music and (late-night) music sketches from new to very old. 

I am Maris and at the moment have two bigger musical projects:
Ako Amo: 
A duo with pianist Olivia Zaugg where we perform our own take on compositonal ambient live. We released the Album "What's the Sound of a Dream?" in June 2025

Martin Antoinette:
Electronic Chamber Pop. A fusion of electroacoustic sound practices and pop songwriting.
The debut album will be out in 2026.

I DJ'ed a lot back in the days and have an ongoing improvisational practice where I play self-programmed digital instruments and some voice.
