Martin Strunk - Berliner Frühstück

Die Story hinter "Helsinki coincidence" ist ziemlich abgefahren:

Ein Finne namens Juska war am 27.04.2013 mit seinem Fahrrad auf dem Weg nach Hause, als er am Berliner Hauptbahnhof an einer Ampel zum Stehen kam. Auf dem Boden lag eine CD in Vinyl-Optik, welche er aus Neugier einsteckte und zuhause dann reinhörte...

Die CD war nichts weniger als das tape "Berliner Frühstück" und Juska noch viel weniger als ein finnischer Radiomoderator, der momentan in Berlin lebt und jeden Freitag eine Show präsentiert, in der es sich um elektronische Tanzmusik dreht.
Juska hat auch nicht lange gefackelt, mir eine Mail geschrieben und schneller als ich gucken konnte wurde ich mit der Aufgabe vertraut, einen exclusiven einstündigen Mix für die Show zu basteln. Das Produkt wurde am 21.06.2013 samt Interview in Finnlands erfolgreichster Radioshow übertragen. Check it out! :)

The story behind Helsinki coincidence is pretty crazy:

On 27. April 2013 a guy named Juska was riding home with bike when he stopped at a traffic light at Berlin central station. There was a vinyl-designed CD lying on the floor next to him, so he curiously took it and listened to it at home. 

It was not just an ordinary CD, it was my last tape „Berliner Frühstück“ and Juska was not just an ordinary guy, he is a Finnish radio presenter who currently lives in Berlin and hosts a electronic music show every Friday. 

Juska instantly contacted me and after our first telephone call I had a new task: create an one-hour mix for the Finisish National Radio Show YleX. This mix + interview was broadcasted on 21.06.2013. Check it out! :)
