Meditation to welcome spring, ground into reality, and trust the natural unfolding of life.

Other suggestions for welcoming spring:

-Let yourself feel your wild instinctual side. Ground into
your inner warrior. Ask for help and trust that you will receive
guidance from the universe. Do you feel strong? What would make
you feel stronger?

-Declutter, give what you don’t use or want anymore to charity. 
The more you give away, the more space you have for new things, 
new thoughts, new creative ideas and inspiration.

-Identify thoughts and beliefs you have that you want to
release. Make a fire ceremony and let them all go.

-Find home inside yourself, imagine absolute safety. Re-define
what home means to you. Rearrange your home to feel more like
home to you.

-Paint, draw, dance, play an instrument, do anything that makes
you feel yourself being yourself. Connect with yourself, 
you are your closest friend, have you been nurturing that friendship?

-Is the way you exercise still right for you? Do you know you need to 
make changes to the way you eat? Do you work in a balanced way? 
Are there parts of your life you are neglecting? No excuses, you create your reality. 
What is the first step you can make towards greater health? Make it today. 
Make it tomorrow. Watch it evolve. Do you put things off for later? 
Is your life organized the way you want it? Do you have a cluttered 
forgotten closet or junk drawer that you could organize to make your 
life run more smoothly?

-Be conscious of your relationships, how you act
within them, and how they affect your well-being. Which
relationships are bringing you energy and joy? Which ones are
draining you? Become aware of what you gain out of the draining
relationships. Recognize the trade-offs if there are any, if they are
worth it, and if there aren’t any, then let that relationship go. 

-How open are you to becoming the best
version of yourself? How do you handle change? Realize the methods
through which you change. Are they efficient? Do you resist until
something outside of you forces you to make a change? Recognize
and ask for grace to let go of any mental or emotional blockages
keeping you from stepping out of the comfort zone. Surrender into
empowerment.

-Assess how you perceive reality. What are you focused on?
How much is external or internal conditioning affecting what you
see? What do you know? Do you know what you don’t know?
Knowing what you don’t know opens the gate to knowledge. What is
clouding your vision? Choose to see through the eyes of humility and
respect for all that you don’t know. Whatever stands in between you
and knowledge of the truth is what needs to be seen. You need to let
go of the truth that you see to see truth.

-Notice the structure of your life. Notice if you need to reprioritize.
Taking care of our selves is our number one priority.
Listen to your inner-authority. How do you feel about your
boundaries? Do you let other people influence how you live your life?
Are you taking on too many responsibilities? What do you want to
achieve? Why? How can you live with more maturity? What have
you been cautious about and how? Are you afraid of letting go of
control? How is your relationship with integrity, with your own
leadership capacity, with your ability to delegate?

-Are you part of a community? Are the people you
normally hang out with matching who you currently are? As hard as
it can be, sometimes we need to let go of old friends. Be good to your
community and release anything that is holding you back from
contributing.

-We fulfill our purpose of evolution no matter what we do
or don’t do. We are not confined to anything. At your core, what is
your dream? Let go of any shame or guilt about what you really want
and set your self free to dream big. Realize that with grace, anything
is possible
