Desire, productrice et DJ tran(s)ce, s'installe depuis peu dans le paysage des artistes à suivre de près. Suite à une première sortie sur There Is Love In You, son nouvel EP témoigne de l’énergie solaire qui lui est propre et présente son univers qui convoque des sonorités old school en leur apportant le twist de la modernité. Entre influences acid, trance prog, synth wave, electro, et beaucoup d’autres encore, les 5 tracks de cet EP distillent une musique aussi riche que généreuse.
Rare sont les artistes qui arrivent à faire passer un message à travers leur musique, et Desire est l’un.e d’entre elleux. Il y a en effet quelque chose qui tient presque de l’empowerment dans cette énergie touchante et puissante qui se dégage de l’EP.
Chaque morceau nous emmène dans une balade extatique qui mélange envolées mélancoliques, beats taillés pour le dancefloor et lignes acides stroboscopiques.

Les 5 tracks sont accompagnées de deux remixes par les talentueuses productrices Azo (résidente chez Kiosk Radio et repérée comme artiste émergente à suivre par Beatport) et MZA (Maison Close / Taapion).

Desire is one of the rising producer and DJ to watch. After releasing an EP on Lobster Theremin’s sub label There Is Love In You, she comes back with “An Ode To Our Night” that demonstrates her genuine solar energy and introduces us to her universe infused with old school sounds yet twisted with a modern touch. The 5-track EP is imbued in  acid, trance, electro, synthwave and a lot more influences which convey Desire’s rich and generous approach to music.
Only a few artists are able to carry a message throughout their music and Desire is one of them, as the moving and powerful energy that emanates from the release conveys a feeling of empowerment. Each track transports us in an ecstatic balad blending melancolic moments, dancefloor-ready beats and stroboscopic acid lines.

The 5 original tracks go along with 2 remixes by Azo (Kiosk radio resident, and spotted by Beatport as an emerging talent), and MZA (Maison Close / Taapion)

Kathi aka krackk, Founderin der Baby Love Party, möchte vor allem neuen, upcoming Künstler:innen eine Bühne geben. Hierbei achtet sie vor allem auch auf die Förderung von FLINTA* Artists und ausgeglichene Line-ups. Immer mit dem Fokus darauf den Gästen geilen Sound nahezubringen. Nach langjähriger Affinität zur Musik steht sie nun seit einigen Monaten auch selbst hinter den Decks. Als DJ definiert sie sich genauso wie ihre Veranstaltung: cheesy, rosa und Abfahrt. 

Für uns hat sie eines ihrer letzten Live-Sets aufgenommen, trancy bis groovy mit einem Herz für Tribal.💗
