Marvin Coronel is a Mexican DJ / Producer from Playa del Carmen, Q Roo, Mexico adopted by Chicago, Illinois, USA. 

There are very few DJs and producers left from the early years of house music, but Coronel’s continues to thrive, still DJing, remixing, and making dance music. 
 
"It's not easy to describe my sound. This is because I play a broad spectrum of the House genre, as long as it fits in a single set. I have a great focus on the rhythms and percussions in my sets and productions. So, if I have to try to put it in a genre, it's electronic music with a lot of Disco vibes, Latin flavor, and with many vibrations! "

Creating a scene is not easy, but that is what Coronel has been doing in the electronic music scene in Mexico for the past 20 years. He’s one of the most important and reliable names in the Mexican electronic music scene. His unstoppable curiosity about electronic music, in all its forms and branches, keeps him abreast of what happens on dance floors around the world.
 
Experiencing a party with him in the Mexican Caribbean is not only an opportunity to dance all night with the most encouraging rhythms but also a new music update. Throughout the 90's, the rave phenomenon earned him a name and opened many doors worldwide. Years have passed and Coronel is still evolving his musical sounds.
 
In 2003, he won his place as the most popular DJ in Mexico, and thanks to that he made the international leap to DJ booths across Europe and Asia.
 
In 2004, after his tour of Europe and Asia, he was awarded the title of Resident DJ in one of the most important places of the electronic music movement in the Riviera Maya, Mexico: Coco Maya Beach Club, this happens thanks to his increasing number of public appearances in events throughout the Yucatan Peninsula and its participation in international mass events.
 
In 2007, he started his year at the big opening party, for one of the best electronic music festivals in the world, The BPM Festival ©.
