For the sixth annual KCRW Radio Race, Team Cranky Queers hung out with two queer youth and two parents in Burlington, VT in the immediate weeks following a historical milestone for the queer and trans communities.

This was DJ Llu's 4th year competing in the radio race (past team was #TeamWBTVLP) and this year they welcomed their partner, Kate Van Wagner and 7 month old, Sam to join the team. With Kate's extrovert interviewing chops, Llu's ninja editing, and Sam's reminders to take breaks to play and eat, #TeamCrankyQueers ended up with a piece they are all super weepy proud of.
