'INK’ is a representation of Marz's life as a young female creative in South London- she expresses feelings of pain, betrayal, loss as well as Love, youth, and joy, my Jekyll & Hyde, as the first half shows the dark side of her mind, whereas the latter half expresses the brighter side. This makes this project a space for relatability in every sense, as her lyrics are very personal and real, Marz doesn’t hold back from sharing the reality of her feelings. The EP was mostly recorded in her bedroom in South London - making it an emblem of her passion to create regardless of money barriers- nothing can stop her grind. 
Marz brings a new fresh sound to the U.K. music scene - breaking the norms & boundaries of genre, with hip hop being mixed with rock & r&b, and a Lofi undertone leading to a hauntingly unique sound everyone can enjoy.
