Mahogany instrument are a little mellower than the spruce top instruments,  This is a sound sample of one of my Basic Standard models, unbound instrument,  made of Recycled Mahogany, (furniture)Victorian Ebony piano key nut and saddle,  fingerboard is a sustainable timber from Mozambique I am using this year, Chacate Preto. This composition is based on two genetic sequences running through a hybbridising several times, hybiridising the limited genetic informaton again and again.
The genetic sequence (ATTGCAAAGTTCG...)is generating an intervall,- dynamic and- duration structure, played virtually in MAX/MSP: 
Piano, Marimba, Vibraphone. 
Due to the very limited genetic material the end of the multi hybbridising 
will be a reduced intervall structure of only one or two notes left.

Music for Solo Harp

Hailing from Essex, QUBIKS’s sound is a kaleidoscopic post-house clash of loops and glitchy percussive beats, overlaid with lush synths and subtle melodies. QUBIK first started creating electronic music in the late nineties with collaborations with Matt O’Brien and Alien. Solo tracks followed with several vinyl releases via Off Key Records.

Masal is a collaboration between Al Johnson and Ozlem Simsek. Ozlem is a Turkish multi instrumentalist whose middle eastern background is entwined with her western studies in classical music. Al performs psychedelic electronic music as Alien. As Masal they weave harp, Theremin and electronics into a beautiful aural journeys.
