Various LFO's S&H and Deeper A149-1 random modulations for Elements, Clouds and Propagate.

This tune is a reworked track of one of my entries to the Gybo Weekend challenges.
I changed a lot compared to that entry, notably  I added a vocoder to Steve Millers voice and resturctured the backing track so that there would be less clashing vocals,
This version is the one with almost no Steve Miller at all
