(Dio Brando leans up against a wall, brandishing his knife and watching Herobrine, from afar. Herobrine is quick to catch Dio's strange behavior, and gets up to consult him about it.)

HEROBRINE: I'll say, Brando. For a vampire, you aren't exactly the most stealthy. Is there something you'd wish to talk about?
DIO: ...Your very existence confuses me greatly.
HEROBRINE: ...How so, Brando? Aren't we all from New Worlds around the multiverse? I've seen some strange faces myse-

(Dio stops brandishing his knife, then gazes at Herobrine.)

DIO: You claim to be not of this mortal realm, and convince yourself that you are a spectre. Yet your conception was born in the virtual plain. Well, whatever you call your home.
HEROBRINE: ...What are you getting at, Mr. Brando?

(Dio smirks.)

DIO: Tell me, "spectre". Where does the middleman meet at ghost and glitch? Are you sure you even know what you are? You being here is a mystery in and of itself.

(Herobrine is silent for a while; Dio heckles to himself, quietly. Herobrine's face suddenly beams, and he fixes his gaze at Dio.)

HEROBRINE: I see what you're trying to do, Brando. I know your games. I can't be griefed so easily. Although, I admit, I've pondered the truth behind my corporeality... but I can't let that consume my mind. You must forget who you are talking to. I am an icon of indie horror. Gaming's greatest mystery that cannot be explained.

(Herobrine's eyes begin to glow underneath his shades.)

HEROBRINE: You're lucky things are "Peaceful Mode" now, Brando. And you may have the royalty of calling me the worst competitor in the Tournament, as I've come to accept. But I pray you are much wiser to know your place. Because remember, Brando...

(Herobrine crouches close to Dio's face.)

HEROBRINE: You lost the very first round.

(Dio stops smiling. Herobrine fixes his shades, and walks away. Dio leans back against the wall, still brandishing his knives
