Everything Has To Begin


In einem kleinen Beratungsraum neben dem Lehrerzimmer der Tomoiku-Mittelschule saßen Haruto und Kanon einander gegenüber. Neben ihnen, auf der anderen Seite des Schreibtisches, saß Herr Matsushita, der lächelte, während er ihre gegenseitigen Bewertungsbögen in der Hand hielt.

„Ihr wisst, dass die Bewertung des Paar-Tests nicht nur von uns Lehrern gegeben wird, sondern auch die Einschätzungen anderer Paare widerspiegelt, richtig?“ fragte Matsushita sanft.
„Natürlich!“ antwortete Haruto fröhlich.

„Nun, heute möchte ich ein wenig über diese Bewertungen sprechen. Besonders diesmal denke ich, dass es eine gute Gelegenheit ist, darüber nachzudenken, wie andere Paare euch sehen.“

Kanon fragte etwas nervös: „Wie war unsere Bewertung?“

„Insgesamt gab es viele positive Kommentare. Dinge wie: ‚Ihre Präsentationen sind immer leicht zu verstehen‘ und ‚Sie bringen kreative und interessante Ideen.‘ Aber es gab auch einige Verbesserungsvorschläge.“

„Ja. Die Leute sagten, wir bringen immer auffällige Ideen, aber manchmal fehlen unseren Erklärungen Details.“
„Das stimmt. Wir gehen oft mit Schwung voran, sodass einige Details ausgelassen werden.“
„Ist das wirklich so wichtig? Solange die Idee interessant ist, werden doch alle überzeugt sein, oder?“
„Es ist keine schlechte Denkweise, aber um andere zu überzeugen, muss man den Hintergrund und den Prozess klar erklären.“

Matsushita sprach ruhig: „Ideen sind wichtig, aber die Fähigkeit, sie zu vermitteln, ist genauso wichtig.“
„Egal wie sehr wir uns bemühen, wenn andere es nicht verstehen, ist es bedeutungslos.“

Kanon lächelte leicht: „Ich bin froh, dass du das verstehst.“ Haruto erwiderte mit einem schüchternen Lächeln.

Dann wechselte Matsushita das Thema: „Lasst uns über eure Bewertungen anderer Paare sprechen. Welches Paar hat den stärksten Eindruck bei euch hinterlassen?“
Haruto hob schnell die Hand: „Ich denke, das Paar Aoki und Takahashi war großartig! Ihre Präsentation war sehr sorgfältig und leicht nachvollziehbar.“
„Sie sammelten Daten, um ihre Ideen zu untermauern, und das machte es sehr überzeugend.“
„Verstehe. Und auf der anderen Seite, gab es ein Paar, von dem ihr dachtet, dass es mehr Verbesserung braucht?“
„Vielleicht das Paar Sato und Shiraishi. Ihre Idee war gut, aber die Erklärung war schwer zu folgen.“
„Aber ich konnte sehen, dass sie sehr hart gearbeitet haben, also hätten wir ihnen vielleicht aufmerksamer zuhören sollen.“

Matsushita nickte zufrieden: „Bewertung bedeutet nicht, andere zu kritisieren, sondern gemeinsam zu lernen. Es ist auch wichtig, ihre Stärken zu erkennen.“

Nach dem Gespräch gingen die beiden zurück ins Klassenzimmer.
„Weißt du, Bewertung bedeutet nicht nur, Punkte zu vergeben. Sie bringt dich dazu, über viele Dinge nachzudenken,“ murmelte Haruto.
„Das stimmt,“ lächelte Kanon. „Wir müssen uns mehr bemühen, die Dinge klar zu erklären.“
„Wenn du das sagst, werde ich beim nächsten Paar-Test vorsichtiger sein. Aber im Gegenzug musst du meine Ideen mehr unterstützen.“
„Natürlich. Das ist es, was ein Paar ausmacht.“

Die kühle Brise am Ende des Sommers wehte zwischen ihnen hindurch und stärkte ihre Entschlossenheit für die nächste Herausforderung.
