“It is the strength of a Muslim—that he has positive thoughts because he knows that this is a great month. The Prophet ﷺ said: "When Ramadan comes, the doors of paradise will be open." The Muslim knows this is an ideal and fantastic opportunity for him to strengthen, redeem, and rewire himself. This is a blessing for a Muslim. So the Muslim automatically starts to have positive thoughts. We’ve been encouraged in Islam to have positive thoughts. The Prophet ﷺ was an optimistic person and would encourage optimism…”
