Quick story behind this track. My girlfriend loves Country music and when she played me the Kacey Musgraves version of Neon Moon I fell in love with it. So today Nov. 5, 2022 is our one year anniversary so just feels right to let everyone else enjoy this as we have been hogging it for some months now. With all the rain thats been hitting the west coast I took a little inspiration from the rain and this is what I came up with. 

Been so stuck in the rabbit hole that is house music it was nice to switch it up for a change. Definitely expect more of this kind of stuff from me.

Whats up everyone. We watched the new top gun and the main theme Dangerzone was just stuck in our heads. So we took that as a sign that we had to remake it in our own way. Sampled where we could and rewrote sections with some newer synths. In the end we came up with what you are hearing now! Hope you enjoy!

Whats up everyone! Got another edit here for you. This time we took Crazy Train and gave it a little spin. Didn't want to just remix it. We wanted to create a whole new song, but use a couple iconic things from the original as a little ear candy. Little bit more on the dark side of our tracks and a nice surprise for the second drop. Enjoy!

Whats up everybody! Super excited for this one to come out! This track started out as just an 8 bar loop till we had the idea to try and put some of Ke$ha's lyrics on top of it. Second we loaded the vocal in it was all downhill.

What's up everybody! We are back with another edit of a classic track. This time we put our twist on 'Just the Two of Us' by Bill Withers. This is by far one of my favorite tracks that we have made. When we were in the infant stage of writing this track we made conscious effort to NOT put any limitations on us. We went with the flow and what ended up with was something that we are truly stoked about.

The opening is a little homage to one of my favorite Djs ever Tchami. A rendition of his opening that he did for his Coachella 2016 set, then after is what I have been feeling after going to Escape 2016.

After listening to some of my favorite artist's mixes I came to a realization that in my mixes I am always trying to mix into the next song  as quickly as I can. Which results in a cool up-beat vibe, but I end up having to go through a lot of songs to just get a 30min mix. With that being said on this mix I let the song play and chose my mixing points in much more natural way, rather than trying to mix out of a song halfway through it. This gives the mix a much more clean sound between transitions and the vibe of the mix stays consistent rather than bouncing around. 

Again I am all self taught and looking for advice or tips, hell even a mentor!! Feel free to comment or send a message! And of course like it, repost it, share it!

Whats up guys! So this is my first attempt at an hour long mix. My first mix right now is getting the most love, so I tried using the same kind of style that I did with that mix on this mix. Whats up guys! So this is my second hour long mix and I'm really stoked to put it out. In my other mixes I have struggled with the fear of what others would think and that fear would dictate my song choice/style of mixing. In this mix, I was solely focused on what I liked and what I wanted to hear and because of that I was left with a vibe that I feel best represents me.

Whats up guys! So I just got back from LIB 2018 and it was by far the best experience of my life. Ever since I decided to walk down this path of electronic music production I have had no self-confidence in my abilities to actually carry out my vision. After receiving three days of unconditional love from my friends I finally felt something that I hadn't felt in awhile....confidence. With this new found strength my friends and I decided to throw a little renegade party in the bottom of a ravine from about 12:30am till the sun came up. What you are hearing is myself and three of my buddies, one of which I met that night when he came down to check out our little set up. MASLAF is all about meeting new people and accepting them as family, no questions asked, and thats exactly what we did all weekend long.

Whats up guys! So my buddies and I just went to Hard Summer and it was awesome. On the first day we got stuck in the Orange parking lot for awhile, so we decided to make the most of it by bumping some music and hanging out for a little. We decided to play one of the mixes that Rich Sparxx and I had made under the name T.I.E and from the bobbing heads that were walking by we came to the conclusion that the people liked it! Hope you guys like it too!

MASLAF Presents: T.I.E at Hard Summer

Whats up guys. So my friends and I got asked to open for our buddy Brando Beatz at Tipsy Crow for the Crssd after party. We played from 9-11pm. Decided that each of us would spin for 20 mins then we would trade off two songs each for the rest of our time. It was by far the most people we have played for and it was awesome. Brando ended up slaying so it was a good night. Hope you like it!
