Vibes and Grooves is back with a first collaboration and is happy to welcome Diego Ruiz aka DFRA the man from Buenos Aires City. We fell in love with his music the first time we heard it and we think he is perfect for the Collab Grooves Part 1 EP.  With "Supernatural" and "Indifference“ DFRA shows his musical skills as a producer and delivers the perfect vibes for the A side. Heavy grooving Basslines accompany jazzy vibes bringing two massive tunes for the dance floor that won't let your legs stay still.

The B side comes from label resident Shaka. It features an exclusive dub mix of the track "Sacred Nightfall“ whose vocal mix is released on the Spanish label Mate. The second track "Between Calm And Storm“ is a rearing monster that takes it to the edge with its Hammond solo.

Here we are for the 4th round of @Apparel-Wax and a crazy one indeed for all the lovers of the vinyl masked man, a release that expresses 4 different nuances of House. Few words are needed to describe the debut of the vinyl with A1 track which is a rarely powerful combination of 2.0 Dance Music and 80’s vibes, a proper slap in the face to kick it off! Our unknown DJ then shifts to a more sensual mode with A2, where funky guitar shades and smooth chords blended with the vocals that drag us on a more intimate level of listening to keep on traveling on a lower tone. B side starts with a track guided by weaving Jazzy rhythmics dialoguing hectically with Samba and some jungle environmental recordings, creating a super personal interpretation of Brazilian Jazzy House, while to end up the 4th trip on Wax Planet, B2 blesses us with some more classic vibes with a sharp string’s melody and a rich bassline guided silently by a Rhodes piano and some pungent and melancholic female vocals, to end it up in style. Sound Of Vast welcome Shinichiro Yokota and The Mole as the two producers combine to reveal the second installment in the label’s 5 Year Anniversary series.

As Sound Of Vast mark their five year anniversary this year, the label will offer up five special various artist packages across 2019 limited to just 250 copies each, featuring material from the likes of Vid, Cinthie, San Proper, Akiko Kiyama, Com Sin aka Cosmin TRG, Subb-an and more across the year ahead. Up next, Tokyo’s Shinichiro Yokota and Canadian artist The Mole each offer up two solo cuts to mark the labels second release in the five-part series.

Tokyo-based Far East Recording artist Shinichiro Yokota opens the ‘5 Years Anniversary Series 02’ with ‘I Know You Like’ a harkening back to the days of soulful, musical house courtesy of jazzy synth lines, warm chords and choppy bass running alongside a swinging drum groove and vocal hooks uttering the track’s title.
