Julie Desire’s new EP Call Me Back marks a bold step in her creative evolution. Following last year’s standout single For Them You’re Just a Freak, the Paris-based DJ and producer dives deeper into her love for house in its most sensual and dynamic forms. Released on Correspondant, the EP highlights Julie’s evolving and vibrant house sound.
The title track Call Me Back is the clear standout, a high-energy anthem already making waves on dancefloors worldwide. X-tasy follows with a groovy, progressive house vibe that builds into an infectious piano refrain, hypnotic and captivating. Closing the EP, Rock The House delivers a punchy and sexy club track. 
Rooted in the Parisian queer scene and drawing influences from proghouse, hardhouse, and tribal house , Julie Desire continues to define her sound with warmth, ecstasy, and authenticity as a DJ and producer.

Julie Desire - Call Me Back

Originally released in the summer of 2024, Palms Trax & Myd’s digital single ‘One Thousand Waves’ is expanded, showcasing three diverse remixes that reflect alternating energies in club culture.

Working from CWPT’s own studio in Berlin, Palms Trax and John Loveless are first to reimagine ‘One Thousand Waves’, transforming the bittersweet electro-pop of the original composition into a brewing escalation of vocal deep house. Indulging a shared affection for a milieu of propulsive, sensitive dance music, the soundtrack to ineffable moments each experienced on Berlin dancefloors a decade or more ago, the result is an ecstatic, psychedelic anthem for the wide-eyed and wobbly-hearted.

From further afield, London’s cult duo The Trip apply their well-established knowledge of what  moves the dance floor to a truly ripping interpretation, bleaching the understated sounds emanating from the continent in shades of UK rave, garage and hardcore, complete with a mind-melting streak of saxophone power. 

Looking to the established kings of the CLUBMIX, KnownArtist ably squeeze further euphoria from their respected purview of underground club culture, applying MYD’s yearning vocal and wrapping it around a cascade of anthemic keys and vintage organ sounds, blasting towards sunrise with more than a glint of optimism.
