Introducing the debut release from the fresh Belgian imprint L.I.T.S. titled "Banana Resort" by Different Noodles. L.I.T.S., which stands for 'Lost In The Swirls,' might strike a familiar chord among those well-versed in the parallel world of house music. Ah, yes! Swirl People! Indeed, these mischievous Belgian producers are the masterminds behind this project and the label itself.

The focus of their new venture lies predominantly on re-issuing and unearthing hidden gems from their archives. "Banana Resort" leads the way as a highly anticipated 3-track EP that has been stirring excitement for years, earning praise from Ryan Elliot, a highly notable figure at Berghain/Panorama Bar. It has an early West Coast tech house feel as well as hints of Chicago greats like Boo Williams and Glenn Underground. It's a super smooth and cool, breezy and balmy groove then 'Mr Boogie' gets more playful with bobbling drums and bright chord stabs under jazz leads. 'Flame' closes out a super strong EP with a more paired back sound built on fat drums and prying bass.

This time we get four tasteful and well crafted tracks celebrating all things house, suitable for any club setting. Opening track Bare Strut is one of Jamie aka Tree Threes strongest tracks in a long time, a bona-fide dancefloor gem.

Following on from Fresh Take's recent VA is previous collaborator Bernardo Mota. His standout track on their first release Only the D found its way into the bag of none other than house heavyweight Jamie Jones. Given this and Bernardo’s talent, they thought it was time to let him express himself on his very own EP. 
The title track features a steady groove and spoken word sample which is a stalwart in Mota's productions. Next up is Break down, driven by a wonky acid bassline over a catchy vocal hook and his signature 90s keys. The Always the Same EP drops on Fresh Take May 22nd.
