Broken Son

Mason Hill is a hard, Heavy Rock band that was created at the beginning of 2013 by Scott Taylor (20) and James Bird (19). They began recording three demo tracks; 'Broken Son', 'Out Of Reach' & 'Somewhere Else' in order to recruit a Bassist and Drummer to complete the bands full line-up, as well as introducing the style of music.
In July/August 2013 this Facebook page was created and served as a great tool to find musicians to audition which resulted in Mark Marshall on Bass Guitar and Craig Mcfertridge on Drums officially joining the band in November 2013.
Scott Taylor & James Bird moved onto Mason Hill after winning the Scottish Region of the European competition, 'Surface Festival 2012' which led them to play London o2 aged 18 with their previous band.
